By downloading, installing, or using Grup ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Game.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Game on your personal devices
  • Access and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment

This license does not allow you to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Game
  • Use the Game for commercial purposes
  • Copy, distribute, or republish the Game or its content
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the Game

You may create a player profile with a name and optional profile picture. You are responsible for:

  • Choosing an appropriate player name
  • Not impersonating others
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account

3.2 User Content

By uploading a profile picture or choosing a player name, you grant us a license to use this content within the Game for gameplay purposes, including display to other players during multiplayer sessions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Game
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Harass or attempt to harass other players
  • Use the Game to transmit malicious code or interfere with other devices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's systems or networks

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Game, you grant us the right to use this feedback without any obligation to you.

6. Multiplayer Features

When using local multiplayer features:

  • You are responsible for your interactions with other players
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of other players
  • Local multiplayer connections are peer-to-peer and we do not monitor these sessions
  • You should only play with people you know and trust

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the Game periodically to:

  • Fix bugs or improve performance
  • Comply with legal requirements

You may need to update the Game to continue using it. We are not obligated to maintain or support older versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Game or by other means. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
